Meli has enjoyed working in the hospitality purchasing field for over 25 years, primarily as a FF&E purchasing project manager working with 3, 4, & 5 star, extended stay, full service & luxury hotels. She has also worked on high end multi-use and residential contracts. Meli excels at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, designers, and vendors. She brings a high level of organization and attention to detail to every project. Her many years of experience in the FF&E arena, allows her to anticipate potential problems and bring viable solutions and VE options to projects. Her ability to adapt, while being focused on budget and schedule, allows her to deliver project goals. Her attention to detail and ability to prioritize the many moving parts of a project, allows clients to rely on a smooth timeline and successful opening. Meli has a very strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills,. She absolutely loves working in this industry and building relationships with her clients, designers, and vendors.
In his 25 years in the hospitality industry, Eddie prides himself on his impeccable record as a purchasing agent. Thru his dedication, organizational skills and attention to details, he has been a part of the success stories of many projects (new builds and renovations). Most recently, he successfully facilitated the renovation of the Sonesta Clift hotel (San Francisco), the rebranding of the Host Hotels and Resorts Camby (Phoenix) and Logan Square (Philadelphia) properties and, the creation of the historic boutique hotel The Lodge at the Presidio (San Francisco). As vice-president of a mid-size purchasing firm, he not only managed his own projects but also supervised the various company teams and was an intricate part in the development of the procurement software Blu Canyon is currently using. He is a firm believer that you can't get it done on your own. As such, he has fostered long-lasting relationships with clients, owner's representatives, designers and vendors. It has allowed him to successfully problem-solve and bring his projects to fruition.
